Depriciation as per SARS Interpretation Note 47

Good day, I hope you can clarify something for me. I have claimed depriciation on a vehicle that I use 80% for work. SARS have rejected this and noted that the deduction is dissalowed. Can you advise? Thanks

You would need to provide substantial proof that you use the vehicle for work and not just to drive to work from home and back.
