TaxTim says: 15 September 2013 at 20:09 Please send proof of payment to the email address listed on the EFT details page so our accounts department can mark your tax return as paid and send you acknowledgment by email to proceed. Our normal process is to wait for the deposit to come through into our account (can take a day or two depending on the banks) and then we clear your payment based on the payment reference that you used. When we do this you get an automatic email telling you what to do next. |
