Tinyiko says: 1 October 2015 at 10:59 Hi there I had 3 IRP5s for the 2009 tax year. I have just completed your questionnaire but am concerned as I was not prompted to punch in some source codes that appear on two of these IRP5s. The outstanding codes are the following: - 3695 - 3699 - 4103 - 4473 - 4474 - 4486 - 3808 - 3810 - 4001 - 4005 - 4472 - 4474 - 4486 - 4103 Many thanks in advance. |
TaxTim says: 2 October 2015 at 13:35 The question that asks for source codes starting with a 3 is "Please enter your income amounts, along with their source codes here. On your IRP5, these may be listed under a section called Income Received or Income Sources. Incomes have a source code that starts with a 3. Don't enter source code 3696, 3697 or 3698 yet - they get asked next." The question that asks for source codes starting with a 4 is "On your IRP5 under Deductions / Contributions, do you have any amounts there? These deductions have source codes that typically start with a 4." You can go back and edit your answers to these questions to put in the amounts above. |
