Your assessment has been concluded and reflects an amount refundable to you of R -8581. 45 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Am I still eligible for the amount? |
TaxTim says: 25 August 2015 at 22:58 Yes, your assessment has remained unchanged so SARS should still pay you this refund in a few days. If you do not receive it in a few days, you can call the SARS Helpdesk on 0800 007 277 to find out reasons for the delay. It may be that you have prior year tax returns outstanding, or that you need to update your bank details with them. |
Sree says: 26 August 2015 at 18:44 Thank you very much for the reply. One more query, how can I verify whether banking details are proper in SARS. I had submitted documents along with my application for tax ref number on last December. |
TaxTim says: 27 August 2015 at 12:20 If you needed to supply SARS with further documents to verify your bank details, they would have sent you a letter requesting this. So now you just need to wait, or call SARS Helpdesk to follow up. |
