I clicked ignore instead of accept for adjusting my tax return to match what is on SARS records - how do I go back and change this. How do I find the source code for environmental consultant it doesn't seem to be on the list you offer - what is the source code SARS has on record for me for this

You can use code 3110 - also click on the MY TAX RETURNS and then you can make the changes again.
