Can you assist with getting a certificate of residency for citizens currently residing outside SA?

My sister in South Korea requires the certificate. But I will assist from SA where I can.

There is a form she needs to complete and sign, would she be able to courier it to SA?

Yes she would. Or she could make me a scanned power of attorney if SARS will accept a scanned document? How long does the process usually take and what costs are involved?

There is a certificate of residency form you can download off the SARS website, send it to her to complete and sign and have her courier it to you to drop off at SARS.
