I am completely commission based. I recently purchased a vehicle cash. Can I claim it as expense incurred in the production of income? Or do I add it as Travel expenses (commission income)?

You would claim this as depreciation over 5 years of the cost of the vehicle, but you need to apportion this for business use which would be best backed up by a logbook. Use our wear and tear calculator to work out what you can claim.
