Can I claim for medical insurance?

I'm on a medical insurance thus how would I go about claiming for this and am I allowed to do so?

No just medical insurance ( cash paid per day in hospital) and an added benefit for day to day medical expenses: doctors, basic dentistry, and basic pathology?

You need to check with the company if the scheme is registered as part of the MS Act, if so then you can claim the monthly tax credit, if not then this would be an ordinary medical expenses claim similar to out of pocket expenses.
