Can I claim back the tax I pay on my travel allowance?

I have a code 3701 on my IRP5, can you tell me how the tax is calculated on the amount please?

SARS requires that your employer calculates tax on 80% of the amount next to the 3701 code.
In order to claim back the tax on it you should have kept a logbook as proof of the expense you incurred.
