Can I be deducted for tax money every week without a payslip at the end of each month?

I'm concerned because I'm being deducted for tax but I don't even have a payslip and I've been working for the company for more than a year

Your employer could be deducting tax in the form of PAYE each week, but just not giving you a payslip. Phone SARS on 0800 00 72 77 with your tax registration number and ask if this is happening. Give them your employer's company name and details.
