In this company earnings are written as medical aid, vitality, provident fund, basic salary of R28169.48 why not deductions and deductions are tax R6203.69 and UIF R148.72 is this legal , because my next employer will think my basic salary is R28169.48 , instead of R33943.06. There is no additional benefit cause I pay everything from my salary. |

At your next employment, they will ask for your CTC which is the total amount of R33 943.06. The tax is worked out on this amount less the allowable deductions for all those extra benefits. |
