Secondly, if my previous employer has submitted the IRP5 forms, will I receive any return or do I have to register for eFiling and submit the forms myself in order to obtain a return?...

  Written by Marc

I have hospital accounts with receipts (fully paid) and intend to claim a deduction from SARS with my 2014 tax return, however the hospital accounts ((Mediclinic), only state ward stock, theatre stock and dispensary stock. These items were either for medication or materials given/used. I would like to know if these accounts are adequate with this info or must each and every item used be specified for me to claim a tax rebate?
