Tax refund problem - not receiving anything?

2014 Tax went through 3 verification and an audit, SARS then verified 2013. I received completion letters for both 2014 and 2013 (received 23 February 2015). To date they have not requested any further documents and there is still no refund. All other returns submitted and banking details are up to date in act verified last year. What could the problem be?

I am retiring now on 63 First R500000 of Lump sum is tax free. If I ask my company to transfer balance of Lump sum that is R400000 to a Alan Gray living annuity. Will there be any tax deducted.
Am I liable for a tax return if I am only employed for 4 months?

I am a housewife but am currently employed for the period of 4 months, earning R4000 pm. After this 4 month period I will be unemployed. My employer does not deduct PAYE. I have two questions about my situation. First, do I need to register as a tax payer and do a tax return?
Secondly, can I have my salary paid into a joint bank account that I share with my husband or will this implicate him on his tax return? Should I rather open up my own bank account?

I am the sole shareholder and director of a company. I signed surety for a bank overdraft. This was called up and I had to pay. Is it tax deductible in my personal capacity?

What tax certificate is issued when you do a transfer from financial institute to another for money that is taxable? E. G from one linked annuity to another linked annuity? Is a cert needed? NB the trf is due to a death claim and money going to beneficiary. . .

Will I be able to claim back any sort of tax refund? I worked from June 2013 - December 2013. My basic was R5195 health grant - R1088 + overtime etc. I had basic tax deductions every month. I started to study in 2014.
Can you do my last two tax submissions for me including this year - what is the cost.

Hi Tim I have not filled in my tax for the last three years up to date :( :( Would you be able to do this for me and I provide all relevant documentation. How much will you charge me and can you tell me how much I will be refunded.

I buy groceries and prepaid electricity every month for the company I work for then they refund me. Will this be an issue for SARS when I do my tax return? I spend about R50 000 odd a month.

Got a penalty for not submitting for 2010, 2011 and 2012. Taxable pay over threshold and did not submit. Believed it was under the "do not have to submit bracket" but do not know what it were for those year. Will submit now for all years and even my spouse will submit his 0 income. Please can you supply us with the "do not have to submit bracket" of those years. Want to challenge the penalties. Thank You

What does a transaction reference 16 mean on my ITSA - the description says electronic refund even though the amount is a debit and not credit.

I am doing some admin work from home and have been paying Provisional Tax for the last 3-4 years. Twice a year someone has been doing my tax return via eFiling for me. I realize now that I don't earn enough to even complete a tax return. To be on the safe side I want to complete a nil return but am not sure how to do it. I don't want to ask the same lady to do the nil return for me because she will charge me . I would like to know how to do it myself because it is now due.

I would like to know what percentage I can claim for wear & tear on tools of my trade, per year? I am an environmental consultant and need to take not only my pc and mobile into the field but also binoculars, camera, anemometer, garmin gps, etc. . .

I have a return due of R2000. 00 I have not been requested to provide any documents but my eFiling status shows assessment received and my SARS status shows return-submitted to its it has been five days and I never get my return on my statement of account I am not selected for audit or verification but on the notice of assessment it shows yes for audit or verification but I was asked no documents when do I get paid?

My employer reimburses my tuition fee if I passed all subjects. I am studying a PGDA and I am a trainee. Is the reimbursed tuition taxable?

I earn a basic and commission, but my commission is less than 50% of my income for the year. I have claimed travel expenses as I use my own vehicle and pay my own petrol etc. I submitted a logbook, but they have disallowed the travel expenses as my commission is less than 50% of my total income. Is this correct? How else can I claim for my travel expenses? As it cost me R58 171. 00 for the year and I should be able to get something back surely?

Are cellphone contracts and Laptop Contracts Tax Refundable if used mainly for work purposes

If I have a cellphone contract as well as a contract to pay off a laptop of which both are used mainly for work purposes, I would say 80%. Can I claim Tax refunds on these "assets" and how would I go about calculating the cost of the asset based on the monthly contract price.
Am I correct in what I propose doing?

I have dual citizenship. I have resided in the UK for the last 5 years with my children. Income from living annuity is being limited to 3%. I plan to sell my shares over 8 years and remit the proceeds together with the annuity to cover my living expenses and then increase my annuity to cover future shortfalls on my living expenses. SARS demanding money that was paid by previous employers

My previous employer claims to have paid taxes, and sent me a handwritten IRP5. SARS have contacted me stating that I owe them a large sum of money, which money should have been paid by my previous employer. I will not pay SARS for sums that have already been deducted from my previous payslips. What is my solution?
