My employer cannot pay my provisional tax as they do not have enough funds to match my provisional tax (meaning what they have to pay from their pockets to SARS). They have been paying my salary in full with no deductions and it has been up to me to save that money and pay my tax in November 2015 as a Regular tax payer. How much will my tax be? I earn R15000 per month. Worked out that my tax would be R2700 per month.

I have been seconded to work in East Africa for a year. On my salary, regular PAYE and UIF are being deducted. I plan to spend a minimum of 183 full days (including 60 consecutive full days) out of the country. What else do I need to qualify for the non-resident tax exemption?
Are there any particular codes on my p...
