I received a email from SARS eFiling that says "A payment has been made into your account from Sars-Efiling,it will take a period of 5 working days to reflect,during this process your account will be checked and verified" .How do I know it is not a scam, will you please help me to find out if it is true?

Credit push payments - split payment and future dating

I paid my company's monthly PAYE/SDL/UIF via eFiling (credit push). The payment was split in two parts as it was a large amount. I also future dated the two payments. I received confirmation on eFiling after making the payment that the "payment requests has successfully been submitted to the bank". It's 5 days later and I still don't see the "credit push" transaction on my internet banking.

SARS first said that the credit push will only reflect on internet banking on the schedule...

I have purchased a dell laptop few months back online in Germany. Now, I am leaving germany permanently and will settle down in India. It is written in Frankfurt airport website that "If you are leaving the European Union and live outside it, you are entitled to refund on the value-added tax paid on all merchandise purchased within the EU." I am a pensioner earning /- R25000 per month from living annuities. I also have a part time 2 day a month job which pays anywhere between R2000 and R5000 per month. My question is for final assessment purposes should my part time income be added to my pension or can this be taxed separately?

This past tax year I paid full independent medical aid contributions for my family. In the year I was unemployed, earned income for some consulting, and then was employed for a few months. My mom is 73 years old and she has had some penalties from previous years that she has made arrangements to pay to SARS, last year she was advised buy an official at a SARS branch to apply for tax pardon as she can no longer afford the monthly payments to SARS. There has been no response.
